Mott Development is the data controller for the processing of the personal data we receive about you through our website and contact form.
2. What Information We Collect
When you fill out our contact form, we may process the following information about you:
name
email address
company message/inquiry
any other information you choose to include in the form
In addition, we may receive technical information in connection with the operation of the form and the website, such as IP address and other online identifiers, to the extent that such data is processed as part of the Framer service.
3. Purpose of the Processing
We process your information in order to:
respond to your inquiry
contact you regarding your request, including demo, pilot, or collaboration inquiries
manage and document incoming leads
operate and improve our website and understand overall traffic and usage patterns through Framer Analytics
Framer Forms may send data via email and Google Sheets, and Framer Analytics is used to understand traffic and use of the website.
4. Legal Basis
Our processing is typically based on one or more of the following legal grounds:
Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, where processing is necessary in order to handle your request or take steps prior to a potential collaboration or agreement
Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, where processing is necessary for us to handle inquiries, manage our lead flow, and operate our website in a reasonable and secure manner
5. Recipients and Data Processors
We use external service providers for the operation and handling of information, including:
Framer for website hosting, native form functionality, and native analytics
Google for receiving and/or storing form inquiries via email and/or Google Sheets
Framer states that native forms can send data via email, Google Sheets, or webhook. Framer also has a Data Processing Addendum (DPA), under which Framer acts as a processor or sub-processor depending on the situation. Google Workspace Terms for EEA customers state that Google’s Data Processing Amendment is incorporated into the agreement.
6. Transfers to Third Countries
We may use service providers that process or provide access to information outside the EU/EEA. Where relevant, we seek to ensure a valid transfer basis, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or another lawful transfer mechanism.
Framer’s DPA describes that Framer applies SCCs for relevant transfers from the EU/EEA/UK to countries without an adequacy decision. Google Workspace Terms state that Google’s Data Processing Amendment forms part of the agreement for EEA customers.
7. Retention Period
We retain your information for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and follow up on any related dialogue.
As a general rule, we retain contact form inquiries for up to 12 months after the latest relevant contact, unless:
a customer relationship or negotiation arises that requires longer retention
we are legally required to retain the information for a longer period
you request deletion of the information earlier, and we are not legally required to retain it

Under data protection law, you have a number of rights, including:

the right to restriction of processing

10. Use of Analytics and Cookies
We use Framer Analytics to understand overall website traffic and usage. According to Framer, Framer Analytics does not use cookies and does not generate persistent identifiers. On that basis, we do not currently use non-essential tracking cookies as part of Framer Analytics alone.
If we later introduce third-party tracking, such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar tools, we will update this policy and implement a consent solution if required.
